Nearby colleges include Palomar College and San Joaquin Valley College.
This neighborhood surrounds the Golf Club of California which offers an 18-hole championship course and practice facilities. Residents are close to Highway 76 which will take you in north and south directions for work or shopping. Downtown Fallbrook is only eight miles away and offers art galleries, boutiques, golf, nature trails, casinos, and resorts. This is the social and cultural center for the city.

The City of Fallbrook is known as the “Avocado Capital of the World” because of its many avocado groves. Large crowds of visitors and locals attend the annual Avocado Festival downtown. Fallbrook is located east of the United States Marine Corps Camp Pendleton and was once the stop for a stage coach that traveled from Temecula to San Diego.
